As the rest of the week, most of the work was on

the south side of the third deck -- hidden from the

webcam behind the trees. This third deck, which

is the ground floor, covers the entire site and is

being built in different levels and with more

complicated accouterments than the two below-

ground parking floors.

• Thursday, 12 June, 2014

The small backhoe excavator started the day on

the ground floor of the north side, but since the

site was officially “out of the dirt,” the backhoe

was moved by crane up to the gate level. The

different levels of the third deck were more visible

as it grew from south to north.

•  Tuesday, 10 June, 2014

The third deck was extended further north but in

multi levels. The small excavator worked in the

last square of basement dirt.

• Monday, 09 June, 2014

Rebar on the second deck and work on the third

desk south side. According to a cement

supervisor, they are waiting for DC inspectors to

inspect drainage plumbing to finish cement on

ground floor north side and be “out of the dirt.”
