- Construction started late.
- Clearing brush and underbrush on Military side.
- Trucked away large tree trunks from Kanawha
side.

- No construction activity.
• Monday, September 23, 2013
- After being approached by the police, the
Grundy Construction company honored the Stop
Work Order Notice posted 20 Sep 2013. By late
afternoon, posted Stop Work Order was gone from
gate.
