The seedlings were sunned from

Hardened seeds outside 10:30A to 6P. Made a third

purchase of seeds and supplies from Burpee.com.

Snow on the first day of Spring and we kept the seeds

inside another day. Still a little squash started to emerge.

Purchased radish seeds and fertilizer from Burpee.com.

And then purchased a PlantHouse 4.

Still too cold to take out seedlings for sunning, but one

lettuce plant and one cucumber plant are emerging.

Received our Chesapeake Compost Soil Conditioner and

Worm Casings from Compost Cab.

Too cold to take the seedlings out for sunning.

Average temperature today was 45,

Planted both kinds of carrot seeds in a pail, so they can

come inside during inhospitable weather. The other

seeds were hardened outside between 11:30A and 6P.

Over the weekend, made paper containers and today

planted germinated seeds. Then took them outside for a

little sun to "harden" them. Collected the dirt from the

tree barrel and the two planters in front of the house.

Planning to mix all this dirt with the Compost Cab

compost. Average temperature today was 66.
