Very augmented crew “puttered” around the site.

- Video

- The fourth level pushed further North as the

crew set up the floor gang forms that look like

card tables. The video covers 10A to 2P with

spirts of activity at the beginning and end. In

addition, concrete was poured on the third level

across a large swath of the East side.

• Wednesday, 16 July, 2014

Lots of activity today, but it was all small and

tedious -- and behind the trees. Spoke to one of

the site supervisors who indicated the wall on

Connecticut was permanent and current

construction was just starting on the ground floor,

which is not what the Building Blog has been

reporting. Whatever its number, the next level has

been started in the Southeast corner. This is

going to be an interesting next few weeks.

• Tuesday, 15 July, 2014

A second rebar grid was constructed on top of

the cement foundation along the north side, and

work continued on the mock-up -- until the

thunderstorm at 2P.

• Monday, 14 July, 2014

A tedious start to another week on the ground

floor. No sooner had they confirmed the new

Northwest floor was dry, but they started to load

it with supplies -- a portapots --  shifted from

another part of the site. The mock-up gang forms

for the Connecticut Ave wall were removed

revealing the cement wall.
